Dan joined Belke Financial Group in 1999. He spends the majority of his time meeting with clients to develop and implement financial solutions. Additionally, he performs client portfolio reviews and leads seminars. He enjoys developing long-term relationships with his clients. He takes the time to listen to his clients to understand their goals. They appreciate his "no-pressure" approach.
When he's not meeting with clients, Dan spends his time doing investment research and keeping up with the ever changing products and investment options available in the financial services industry. Dan believes his engineering background and work experiences provide him with analytical skills and attention to detail that is uncommon among financial advisors. Clients are impressed with the knowledge he brings to the table.
Dan holds FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations with Woodbury Financial. He also holds the following insurance licenses: Accident & Health, Life, Variable Life, Variable Annuity. Dan has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering. Dan graduated Valedictorian from New Holstein High School. Prior to joining Belke Financial Group, Dan worked for Fortune 500 companies Kimberly Clark and Rockwell International. Additionally, he worked for several small businesses during college. Dan credits his success today to these work experiences, coupled with the work ethic he learned growing up on his family's farm.
Dan is married to Karen (daughter of founder, Richard Belke) and they have three sons. In his spare time, he enjoys the great outdoors (fishing, hunting, snowmobiling). Dan enjoys volunteering in the community and working with youth football and basketball teams. He is also an active mentor for the Fondy Fire Robotics team.
